Latitude AI is hiring a full-time AI Software Engineer to architect, design, and implement scalable robotics and autonomous-driving software; integrate and optimize algorithms and models; profile and improve performance across PyTorch, C++, and embedded systems; develop evaluation infrastructure; and deliver reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing, and code reviews. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or a master’s degree and 2+ years of experience, or a PhD, along with expertise in GPU/DSP architecture, heterogeneous embedded computing, Python, PyTorch, ONNX, C++, and embedded AI deployment. The expected California base salary is $179,200–$268,800 USD, with visa sponsorship available.
