Description
The employer is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine-learning and generative-AI solutions for an established construction company. The role maps business processes, builds LLM-based assistants and workflows, integrates models with existing software through APIs and automations, and supports the technical, commercial, and site teams. It requires a STEM engineering degree, 4–6 years of software development experience including 3 years in production AI/ML or GenAI projects, strong Python and AI-stack skills, and experience with LLMs, RAG, and real-world data. The position is based in Pavia, offers a RAL of 50,000–55,000 euros, and is a permanent contract under the construction collective bargaining agreement.
