ServiceNow is hiring an AI Software Engineer for its PAXE - Experience Builders engineering unit. The role owns the full software development lifecycle for AI-native platform experiences, including design, implementation, test automation, delivery, product requirements, modular component architecture, and mentoring. Candidates need 8+ years of JavaScript and web application experience, advanced modern UI framework knowledge, relational database expertise, Java or similar object-oriented language experience, and a track record as a functional lead or technical owner. The position offers a base pay range of $149,800 to $262,200 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
