Description
TrustFlight is hiring an AI Software Engineer to join its AI Team and build full-stack AI applications, backend services, integrations, and LLM-based systems for aviation safety, compliance, and operational risk. The role covers the full lifecycle of AI/ML solutions, including research, prototyping, production deployment, evaluation, monitoring, architecture, testing, and reliability. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 2–3+ years of production software experience, strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and experience with LLM APIs and AI workflows. The position is based in TrustFlight's Vancouver office and is on-site with flexibility, offering a base salary of CAD 110,000–160,000 and health and dental benefits.
