The role designs, builds, and operates production-grade multi-agent LLM and RAG systems for financial services. Responsibilities include architecting LangGraph and LangChain workflows, integrating and fine-tuning models, building retrieval and ingestion pipelines, deploying systems on Kubernetes, and establishing evaluation, monitoring, and CI/CD practices. The position also mentors a small team of GenAI developers and data engineers and requires 5+ years of AI or machine learning engineering experience.
