Description
The role builds an extensible agent orchestration platform with configuration-based extensibility, model registration, unified model routing, canary releases, automated evaluation, production tracing, attribution, and governance. It also integrates R&D toolchains and enterprise knowledge retrieval through MCP and RAG, establishes agent development standards, and supports engineers’ transition to an AI-native workflow. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong Python and software engineering skills, production LLM application experience, and familiarity with agent, RAG, vector-database, and CI/CD practices.
