Description

AWS is hiring an AI Specialist Solution Architect to work with customers on complex GenAI/ML and Agentic projects, translating AI ambitions into scalable, secure, and production-ready cloud architectures. The role manages technical customer relationships, advises on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency, captures customer feedback for AWS roadmap improvements, creates reference architectures and technical content, and leads hands-on workshops and technical mentorship. Candidates need extensive distributed-application, enterprise customer, and production AI experience, along with hands-on AWS AI ecosystem experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of distributed application design, implementation, operations, or consulting experience
3+ years managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources or equivalent experience
3+ years designing and implementing production AI systems
Experience implementing large-scale AI solutions involving LLMs, fine-tuning, distributed inference, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows, and MLOps
Hands-on experience with AWS AI ecosystems, secure private-network environments, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation
Preferred Qualifications: Cloud technology certification
Experience leading complex, cost-optimized projects
Ability to lead a team or organization-wide initiative
Strong solution strategy and simplification skills
Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field
