AMINA is hiring an AI Solution Architect / Engineer to lead the technology side of a dedicated AI squad focused on process automation and AI-enabled transformation in a regulated banking environment. The role combines AI architecture, agentic workflows, LLMs, RAG, workflow automation, APIs, cloud platforms, and software engineering, while partnering with process engineers, security, compliance, and other teams. The architect will design secure, scalable, production-ready solutions, guide engineers, shape the technical roadmap, and contribute hands-on to prototypes and complex integrations.
