The AI Solution Architect designs and implements AI-agent solutions within the Bluefield framework, translating architectural guidelines into deployable systems and collaborating with Generative AI Engineers. The role covers solution design, Google Agent Space and Google Cloud Platform optimization, reusable component development, system integration, POCs, documentation, technical reviews, and mentorship. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10–12 years of cloud solution-architecting experience, extensive CI/CD and MLOps implementation experience, RAG and multi-agent architecture expertise, and experience leading technical guidance and project teams. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, is full time, and offers a salary range of $175,860 to $214,940 plus variable pay and benefits.
