Microsoft is hiring an AI Solution Architect to act as a strategic Trusted Advisor to customers, helping them develop and scale low-code solutions and AI agents using Microsoft Business Applications, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. The role covers solution architecture, adoption, operationalization, customer success, technical and organizational challenge resolution, and knowledge sharing, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Candidates need at least four years of relevant IT consulting, application development, business applications, architecture, technical support, or related experience, along with Japanese business communication skills; Microsoft cloud and AI agent experience are preferred.
