AECOM is hiring a full-time, on-site AI Solution Engineer in Zug, Switzerland. The role designs, develops, and implements AI-powered solutions for infrastructure and engineering projects; builds and integrates AI models and software components; prepares technical demonstrations and proofs of concept; supports client-facing proposals and workshops; and monitors solution performance and reliability. Candidates need software development and AI/ML experience, consulting and presales experience, integration experience, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in English.
