Workist is hiring an AI Solution Engineer to support customers during the onboarding and implementation of its AI-based SaaS for document-business automation. The role involves integrating ERP and other IT systems, configuring and customizing the software, supporting customers before and after contract signing, identifying use cases, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. Candidates need at least one year of Solution Engineering experience, Python programming experience, interest in AI applications, strong communication skills, and fluent German and English. The position offers flexible office or remote work, including the option to work abroad for four weeks per year.
