Description

DealHub is hiring an AI Solution Expert to act as a technical trusted advisor for customers, designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, MCP-based automations, and integrations across CRM, ERP, billing, and related business systems. The role combines customer-facing consulting, implementation, engineering, technical training, solution demonstrations, reusable asset development, and post-go-live optimization, while collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.
Required Previous Experiences: 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, solution expert, or implementation manager roles.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing and building MCP-based agents and skills.
Experience in a technical, customer-facing SaaS role such as solutions engineering, implementation, forward deployment, or technical consulting.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Claude and Copilot.
Experience with Zapier, Make, and n8n.
In-depth knowledge of CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
Ability to manage multiple complex customer engagements.
Fluent written and verbal English.
