BBVA is hiring an Associate, AI Solutions & Analytics to lead data and AI adoption across the organization, develop scalable data products, and translate business needs into self-service analytics solutions. The role partners with business and technology leaders, builds data models and dashboards, supports enterprise transformation, promotes data governance, and mentors team members. Candidates need 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related disciplines, along with expert SQL, advanced Python, and modern analytics engineering knowledge. The position is based in the New York office, requires U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship, and offers a base salary of $100,000 to $130,000 plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
