trawa is hiring a permanent, full-time AI Solutions & Process Engineer in Berlin to develop customer-facing and internal digital tools, design end-to-end process architecture, automate revenue processes, and build AI-native solutions for its B2B energy platform. The role reports to the General Manager Energy Solutions and collaborates with Tech and Commercial teams, with an office-first arrangement of five days per week. Candidates should combine technical and user-centered thinking, analytical process improvement, AI knowledge, and strong communication; energy-industry experience is a plus but not required.
