Description

Klaviyo is hiring an AI Solutions Architect to partner with the Global Services organization on identifying high-impact AI and automation opportunities, prototyping LLM-powered solutions, integrating APIs and internal data sources, building reusable prompts and workflows, and enabling teams to adopt AI effectively. The role works with engineering and other technical and non-technical teams to scale successful solutions into production and includes up to 10% travel. The stated base salary range for US locations is $112,000 to $168,000 USD.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern AI tools, with an understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar technical roles.
Hands-on experience building solutions with Claude or other leading LLM platforms, including prompt engineering, skills, agents, and AI workflows.
Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources to solve business problems and improve team workflows.
Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions based on user feedback and business needs.
Familiarity with Global Services functions such as onboarding, education, consulting, or customer success.
