OWOW is hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to lead end-to-end client discovery engagements for AI-powered solutions, automation roadmaps, and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves stakeholder workshops, process and data mapping, identifying AI opportunities, building business cases, presenting recommendations, and collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams. Candidates need at least three years of relevant consulting, product management, business analysis, or solutions experience, strong process and data modeling skills, ERP and legacy-system familiarity, hands-on AI tooling experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. The position is based in the Netherlands and requires hybrid work from the Eindhoven office.
