Description
The role leads a company-wide AI strategy by harmonizing existing AI initiatives, designing and deploying AI-driven workflows using agents and skills, owning cloud and on-premises AI infrastructure, advising on regulatory and risk matters, validating external AI components, and building AI literacy across the organization. It requires a relevant degree, at least five years of AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture experience, a proven production AI/ML solution, knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, and strong communication skills. The position is based in Bern and is a 100% workload role.
