Google is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design and build autonomous agentic workflows using machine learning and generative AI, partner with client leads on high-impact use cases, translate requirements into PRDs, integrate AI solutions with modern data foundations, and deliver production-ready prototypes with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, seven years of software or data engineering experience, and experience with machine learning, generative AI, agentic orchestration, and vector databases. Preferred qualifications include financial services, regulatory and operational clearing, data modeling, BigQuery, Vertex AI, and DevOps experience. The role offers €150,000–€153,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits, with Frankfurt, Munich, London, and Zürich listed as possible work locations.
