NeoWork is hiring a remote AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support practical AI and automation solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and decision-making. The role partners with business and technical stakeholders, translates requirements into technical specifications, develops prototypes and proofs of concept, integrates enterprise systems, tests and documents solutions, troubleshoots performance issues, and supports user adoption. Candidates need at least three years of relevant technology, automation, systems integration, software development, or low-code experience, along with knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompting, agents, and enterprise platforms. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Salesforce Agentforce, APIs, Azure, and responsible-AI practices.
