Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. is hiring an AI Solution Engineer to lead the transformation of its Solution Engineering department into an AI-first, agentic software delivery organization. The role builds and governs agentic development tooling, orchestration patterns, evaluation and quality frameworks, secure CI/CD pipelines, observability, and responsible-AI controls; partners with engineering, security, operations, and delivery teams; and serves as a subject-matter expert and standard-setter. The position requires at least five years of cloud-native software engineering experience, expertise in agentic AI, Azure and M365, and regulated-data privacy practices, and offers remote or on-site work with a salary of $140,000 to $170,000.
