Description
Omnea is hiring an AI Solutions Lead to own end-to-end enterprise procurement-platform deployments, typically 3–5 at a time. The role involves customer discovery, workflow and integration design, directing AI agents to produce initial configurations, validating outputs against customer processes and policies, managing stakeholder politics, leading multi-day onsite workshops, and tracking adoption after go-live. The position is an early customer-team hire working with sales, product, engineering, and leadership, and requires 4–8 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, client-facing ability, system-architecture reasoning, strong communication, and high ownership.
