Description
Arize AI is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This role involves partnering with AI/ML teams worldwide to drive adoption, shape product use cases, and ensure customer success in leveraging AI for real-world impact. The manager will build relationships with AI/ML users, conduct discovery sessions, collaborate with technical teams, run workshops, and proactively monitor product usage. They will also identify upsell opportunities and relay customer feedback to internal teams. The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to demo technical products. A bonus point is familiarity with AI/ML workflows or Generative AI technologies.
