Arize AI is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to join their team. This role involves partnering with AI/ML teams to drive adoption, shape product use cases, and ensure successful deployment of AI solutions for SMB and Mid-Market customers. The manager will focus on expanding customer accounts, conducting discovery sessions, collaborating with technical teams, running workshops, and owning the sales cycle. The ideal candidate has prior experience in SaaS Customer Success, a proven track record in driving expansion and upselling, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with AI/ML workflows.
