Description
Synopsys is hiring a hands-on senior engineering leader to build production-grade agentic AI systems and AI full-stack applications. The role combines architecture and implementation across workflow orchestration, memory systems, LLM applications, RAG, tool and function calling, backend services, observability, evaluation, guardrails, and secure AI deployment. The engineer will also mentor teams, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with product, design, research, platform, and business stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of software engineering experience, production AI/ML or agentic AI experience, strong Python and additional language proficiency, and experience with agentic frameworks, cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, and responsible AI practices.
