Description
NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is hiring a senior AI Strategy & Transformation Architect for its Agentic practice. The role leads executive advisory engagements, analyzes and redesigns business processes around agentic AI, creates AI use-case portfolios and transformation roadmaps, and bridges strategy to Salesforce delivery through user stories, agent design patterns, acceptance criteria, and implementation handoffs. Candidates need 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation; 3+ years leading Salesforce engagements; hands-on experience operationalizing agentic AI use cases; strong executive facilitation and communication skills; and deep conceptual knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, related clouds, AI/LLM ecosystems, data readiness, integration, and governance. The role may be remote or based in Massachusetts or regional hubs, with travel of up to 25%.
