Turner & Townsend is hiring an AI Strategy Technical Program Manager to lead the practical application of AI across account operations. The role combines strategic AI roadmap and use-case leadership with hands-on development, testing, evaluation, measurement, adoption, governance, and handoff of AI solutions. It requires a bachelor’s degree, significant technology-enabled transformation experience, AI workflow and automation experience, Python and SQL knowledge, and a portfolio of delivered AI assets. The full-time role pays $175,000–$200,000 per year in base salary, with up to 25% travel and possible on-site requirements depending on client needs.
