Description
Meltwater is hiring an AI Success Architect to own the post-sales discipline of helping sophisticated customers build and sustain AI workflows using Meltwater data, LLM platforms, and MCP or comparable connector architectures. The role partners with customers from implementation through the account lifecycle, designs technical and workflow foundations, develops agents and repeatable workflows, creates enablement materials, advises on data hygiene and prompting, and represents customer needs to Product and Solutions Consulting leadership. The position requires at least five years of relevant solutions consulting or customer-facing technical experience, hands-on LLM and agentic tooling expertise, and experience with complex enterprise accounts. It offers a hybrid work style, medical, dental, and vision options, and a base salary of $84,000 to $112,000, with a possible performance-based bonus.
