Description
Bolt Farm Treehouse is hiring an AI Systems Architect to design and own the organization’s automation and AI architecture across operations, guest experience, finance, and content. The role builds production-grade agent pipelines and workflows, evaluates build-vs-buy decisions, sets technical standards, mentors AI Systems Builders and Associates, and owns automation coverage, uptime, ROI, and architecture-debt KPIs. It requires at least three years of production automation or AI-pipeline experience, proficiency with several automation or AI frameworks, a demonstrated architecture portfolio, and experience quantifying technical ROI. The position reports to the Founder, offers a hybrid arrangement with on-site deployment in Whitwell, Tennessee, and pays a base salary of $110,000–$135,000 with an OTE of $157,000–$193,000.
