Description
Sonar is hiring an internal platform engineer to own and evolve its AI-native operations and enterprise platform ecosystem. The role combines AI agent and connector engineering, Jira Service Management administration, Atlassian suite governance, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, CMDB and asset management, ITSM process governance, security and audit support, and stakeholder enablement. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on Jira Service Management experience, AI-native platform experience, automation and integration engineering experience, and CMDB or asset-management experience. The role follows an in-office culture with three anchor days and may support relocation.
