Description
Sonar is hiring an internal platform engineer to own and evolve its AI-native operations and enterprise platform ecosystem. The role combines AI agent and connector engineering, Jira Service Management administration, Atlassian suite governance, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, CMDB and asset management, ITSM process governance, security and audit support, and stakeholder enablement. Candidates need multi-year AI systems and agent engineering experience, at least five years administering Jira Service Management and related Atlassian Cloud products, and experience with automation, integrations, CMDB systems, and ITIL processes. The role follows an in-office culture with three anchor collaboration days and may support relocation.
