Spark Hire is hiring a full-time, remote AI Systems Engineer to build, maintain, and scale AI-powered applications, autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, production APIs, and integrations with HubSpot and other business systems. The role requires at least five years of professional software engineering experience, strong Python and Node.js development, production LLM and autonomous-agent experience, and the ability to work independently with a founder in a fast-moving startup environment.
