Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time GenAI Training Specialist to develop and deliver instructor-led GenAI and AI-assisted development training for technical and non-technical audiences, create course materials and multimedia learning content, support community events and knowledge sharing, gather feedback, and improve training effectiveness. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, five years of professional experience, or a related master's degree and three years of experience; experience teaching adult learners and developing curriculum is required, while AI-assisted development, RAG, AI agents, enterprise GenAI platforms, multimedia content, and project management are desired. Compensation ranges from $88,300 to $227,600 depending on the geographic zone, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
