Description
Bosch is hiring an AI Task Force Lead to establish and operate a lean AI delivery team across its Americas triad from Canada to Brazil. The role owns the AI use-case backlog, personally builds and deploys production use cases, translates regional priorities into a delivery roadmap, coaches five technical staff, manages stakeholder relationships, and establishes reusable delivery patterns. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, hands-on AI/ML production experience, enterprise AI copilot and LLM integration experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Portuguese. The position is based in Campinas, São Paulo, with a hybrid model requiring three days on-site per week.
