BCG Platinion is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Expert to support end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs for major clients across the Middle East. The role covers ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, planning, and manufacturing transformations, including business cases, roadmaps, process definitions, technical reference architectures, solution and implementation-partner selection, governance, quality assurance, and AI-enabled agentic ERP use cases. The position is based in Dubai or Riyadh, requires 3–4 years of relevant enterprise solutions experience, and involves regular travel across the region.
