Description
The role supports clients in digital transformation by applying agile methods, modern IT implementation approaches, and hands-on coaching. Responsibilities include developing customized agile training, coaching teams through problem solving, shaping customer journeys, and balancing technical solutions with client circumstances. The position requires a degree in computer science, informatics, or a related discipline, 3 to 5 years of IT consulting experience, and experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner. It also requires knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics, fluency in English and Arabic, willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond, and preferably formal agile or industry certifications.
