Pasiona is hiring an AI Senior Software Engineer to lead a multidisciplinary AI Engineering Squad of up to six engineers in the axapartners.ai program. The role focuses on defining AI architecture, leading technical delivery, and building scalable backend systems and APIs on Microsoft Azure using RAG, LLMs, and generative AI. Responsibilities include code reviews, mentoring, performance and reliability standards, and collaboration with product, data science, frontend, and business stakeholders. The position is based in Barcelona and requires production software or AI engineering experience, technical leadership, cloud and Azure expertise, and practical experience with RAG, LLMs, and generative AI.
