Septeo is hiring an AI Tech Lead on a permanent contract in Courbevoie to structure and industrialize AI engineering and agentic software development practices across the group. The role defines AI usage principles and qualification criteria, creates reusable tools and standards, supports POCs and workshops with Business Units, develops upskilling paths, tracks adoption and value, and contributes to KPIs. It seeks a senior Engineering Manager or Tech Lead with hands-on AI, LLM, or agent experience, strong software engineering and SDLC knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
