Vooban is hiring an AI Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for a team of AI scientists, select and optimize AI technologies, oversee data pipelines and model deployment, ensure solution quality and scalability, and mentor team members. The role requires at least seven years of AI Scientist experience, including three years as a technical lead, a relevant university degree, and strong AI, leadership, and prioritization skills. It is a hybrid position based in Québec or Montréal, with flexible schedules and paid benefits.
