Neo4j is hiring a Tech Lead for AI to architect and build the artificial intelligence capabilities of Hume, its connected data analytics platform, with an initial focus on Hume Maestro. The role combines architectural leadership, hands-on AI engineering, model evaluation and deployment, cross-functional integration, and future team building. Candidates should be senior or lead AI engineers with experience in AI/ML architecture, LLMs, graph-based AI, or complex data processing, and should be based in the United Kingdom, Czechia, or Italy. Italy-only compensation is €60,000–€75,000 gross annual salary.
