Description
Howden is hiring a permanent AI Technical Lead to serve as the technical authority for its Group AI Function. The role owns architecture governance, evaluates AI vendors and tools, oversees internal and third-party AI delivery, establishes technical standards, and partners with the Head of AI. It is an individual-contributor position requiring hands-on experience with large language models, retrieval systems, and agent frameworks, along with cloud-native AI architecture, enterprise AI governance, architecture documentation, and vendor-assessment experience. The role may accommodate hybrid working.
