Description
The employer is seeking a full-time AI Technical Lead to design and build production-ready multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, tool-calling, orchestration, observability, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks for healthcare applications. The role requires a relevant degree or application-developer training, at least 2–3 years of hands-on AI or machine-learning systems experience, practical LLM integration and fine-tuning experience, fluent German at C2 level, and responsibility for technical standards, architecture decisions, token and infrastructure costs, and EU AI Act compliance.
