Description
The employer is seeking an AI Technical Lead to design and build multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, agent infrastructure, prompt-engineering frameworks, and production-ready AI applications for a statutory health insurance company. The role requires a completed degree or IT-specialist training in a relevant field, at least 2–3 years of hands-on AI or machine-learning systems experience, LLM and agent-system expertise, German C2 communication skills, and responsibility for architecture, technical standards, cost management, and EU AI Act compliance. The position is full-time with a 38-hour workweek, mobile work, and other benefits.
