Description
The employer is seeking a full-time AI Technical Lead to design and build production-ready multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, tool calling, orchestration, observability, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks. The role includes defining technical standards, making architecture decisions, translating business requirements into code, managing token and infrastructure costs, and ensuring data security and reliability. Candidates need a relevant degree or application-development training, at least 2–3 years of hands-on AI or machine-learning production experience, LLM integration and fine-tuning expertise, fluent German at C2 level, and familiarity with token budgets and the EU AI Act.
