Description
Databricks is seeking a senior AI Transformation Advisory role to position the company as a strategic thought partner for enterprise AI transformations. The role develops C-suite and functional-leader relationships, co-sells with strategic partners, creates and executes AI transformation roadmaps, leads workshops, and recruits external AI leaders for an advisory council. It requires at least 15 years of digital or AI transformation experience, including at least 5 years working directly with enterprise C-suite leaders, plus industry, operating-model, partner, and technical expertise.
