Russell McVeagh is hiring an experienced AI Transformation Manager to lead firmwide AI adoption and change initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the role leads the AI Transformation Team, develops and implements AI-enabled legal solutions, manages experimentation and innovation, monitors adoption and risks, and supports responsible AI governance. The position requires experience with technology adoption, change management, digital transformation, generative AI, legal technology, AI use cases, workflow redesign, and multidisciplinary team leadership; legal or professional services experience is advantageous.
