GitLab is hiring an AI Transformation Owner to lead the end-to-end AI agenda for its field organization. The role owns the AI enablement roadmap, identifies and scales high-value field use cases, builds field adoption through champions, operationalizes pilots into repeatable processes, and establishes governance for AI tool adoption. It reports to the Vice President, Enablement & AI, requires several years of enablement, sales operations, or related GTM experience, and is an all-remote position with a United States base salary range of $139,200 to $235,200 USD.
