Plaud is hiring an AI Transformation Program Manager to own the company-wide AI agenda, build a jobs-to-be-done catalog, convert high-value recurring jobs into agents and automations, and manage the AI transformation roadmap. The role also oversees cross-functional system migrations, aligns stakeholders across IT and business units, and delivers quick-win AI automations. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of technical program or product management experience, hands-on AI/LLM and agent-building experience, and a proven record of enterprise system migrations. The position offers a hybrid office arrangement, healthcare, retirement matching, paid time off, and an annual base salary of $140,000 to $276,000.
