DataCamp is hiring an AI Tutor Engineer to build and evolve its core AI tutoring system. The role focuses on prompt architectures, agentic workflows, real-time adaptive learning, experimentation and evaluation, scalable software, model interactions, safety, observability, and cross-functional collaboration with educators, content creators, and product teams. Candidates should have at least one year of experience building complex LLM-based systems, strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, and familiarity with production infrastructure, cloud environments, and CI/CD.
