Description
DataCamp is seeking an experienced individual to build and evolve their core AI tutoring system. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating prompt architectures, agentic workflows, and real-time adaptive behaviors, running experiments to evaluate learning effectiveness, and designing scalable software integrations. They will also collaborate with educators and product teams to translate pedagogical goals into technical solutions, prototype novel model interactions, ensure quality and safety, and share knowledge with teammates. This role focuses on delivering personalized, real-time adaptive learning experiences using AI, aiming to surpass human tutors in effectiveness.
